Mr. Hayes serves as a Research Analyst for Montag & Caldwell, an Advocacy Wealth Company.  His research experience spans over 25 years.  Having previously worked in information technology before becoming a research analyst, his research coverage is focused predominantly on the technology industry.  In the community, he serves as a member of the Board of Heritage Preparatory School of Georgia. His professional affiliations include the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Atlanta.
