Mr. Canakaris serves as an independent Senior Advisor to the Investment Team of Montag & Caldwell, an Advocacy Wealth Company.  His investment professional experience spans over 50 years, and includes both research analysis and portfolio management roles as well as executive and managerial positions, earned in service to the Montag & Caldwell brand until his retirement in February 2023.  He is a member of the Rotary Club of Atlanta and Chairman of the Annunciation Cathedral Endowment Foundation of the Greek Orthodox Church.  He is also a Board member of Andee’s Army. Mr. Canakaris is a limited partner of the Atlanta Falcons. His professional affiliations include the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Atlanta, former Trustee.
